Id do both pumps off the same 36v and use the last battery in parralel for longer life. Then get a #7 gear

My setup is 24volts with 4 batts. Two in series and two in parralel and it lifts my car just fine. No idea the gear size just off the shelf tax time kit from black magic. Works awsome.

36 Volts makes me want to stab myself in the eye. Could imagine how slow 24 is. Get some old Fenner gears. They'll pretty much last forever on those volts.

This is what Ive been telling you guys on here, A smaller size fenner or a china gear will do the best at lower volts.

The GPM on them will put less stress on motors and wont have a big battery drain.

I'm not into all that snap crackle and pop either. I'm getting my set up installed now. It's gonna be a 2 pump set up with the #5 marzocchi gears on 48 volts. Has anybody ran the #5 marzocchi gears on 2 24 volt banks?
