On large topics, you can jump to any page by clicking the icon next to the page numbers:
This will pop up a box that lets you type in a specific page number:


Another helpful view for large topics is to switch to Outline mode by clicking it at the bottom of the topic view:
This will show snippets of each reply so you can decide which ones are interesting enough to click on and actually read. When you are done, you'll need to click back on Standard to go back to the regular view.

My Assistant makes it easy to find your posts to see if anyone has replied. Just click My Assistant in the top right:
And then choose Last 10 Posts:

You can highlight text you've typed out and then click the code buttons to automatically place the Bold/Italic/Size/etc. tags around it:

The Lofi Version of the website is nice for browsing on a phone/ds/ipod/etc. It gives you a much cleaner and faster loading page. Just click "Lo-Fi Version" at the bottom of the topic:

Turn off avatars and images to speed the site up or for when browsing from work, school, a library, etc. Click "My Controls" --> "Board Settings" --> Then switch those two options to "No".

Turn the Fast Reply on by default. Click "My Controls" --> "Board Settings" --> Then switch Open Fast Reply automatically to "Yes":
This means you won't have to click the Quick Reply button every time you want to do a fast reply to a topic:

See everyone who has posted in a topic. In the Replies column, just click the post count number:
A windows will pop open with a list of everyone who has posted in that topic, sorted by the number of posts for each person:
