Default car starts but wont stay idling

this is on my daily. a 92 chrysler imperial
    3.8 v6 fuel injected
car runs excellent, out of nowhere went to
start in morning and turns over but wont stay
at idle . i did run it down to almost completly
empty before putting gas the night before.
it turns over but immediately shuts off.
if i feather the gas quickly it will kinda idle
but as soon as i let off it dies. I tested the
fuel pump wth the fuel pump tester from autozone
and fuel pressure was fine. any help would be appreciated
    homies.. thanks

Update. i removed the air cleaner and sprayed starter fluid into the throttle body. the car starts and revs like normal for a few seconds then dies. so it looking like its fuel related . the fuel pressure did test in the normal range at the fuel rail located after the regulator

Why would he replace the fuel pump when he's tested it and it's making the pressure? Fuel filter, yeah thats a good idea if its due for one or don't know the last time it was replaced but that's before the regulator and fuel rail so even if it's dirty he's still getting proper pressure so its not clogged. Pump, regulator, filter have been ruled out so why replace them?

replaced fuel filter already.. i added a fuel additive.. i cant rev the shit out of it cuz it will only slightly rev when i feather the pedal.
i sprayed starter fluid directly in the air intake and it revved high like normal, then died after starter fluid used up, so its a fuel pruoblem im pretty sure.

just swap parts and get the codes checked might not show anything but they do it for free

autozone rents the code tester so you don't have to drive to the parts store

Paperclip and count the flashes on the dash or cheapo $30 obd1 code reader, well worth the $$$. I would NOT just start swapping parts, properly diagnose it then fix the actual problem rather than throwing $$$ at it.
