fiberglass headliner boards?

i am wanting to know what u guys think of a fiberglass headliner board.My car is a 79 malibu wagon that no one makes headliner boards for so i was thinking of attempting to make it in fiberglass. whats peoples opinion on this subject?
-will it be to heavy?
-is it possible?

I have done alot of fibreglass work out of cardboard and it works well


Cut out the pattern and get all your folds down and then resin the shit out of it. i assume you are going to carpet it (that would be really easy to do, not much sanding)

Or even if not you could paint it.

Either wya it is a light weight solution.
