Dancer/Hopper Build Off

well, i have decided to start a hopper/dancer build off, it wil be a month long, starting the DAY AFTER the all out build off is over, it will be judged by detail, such as interior, paint, and motions....

i would like to get 4 other people to join me as judges, especially jevries, being as he is the hopper/dancer king......judges can enter into the competition, but you can not vote for your self, so it is a waste of time, pretty much, if you would like to judge with me, adn hopefully jevries, PM me

as for prizes, iwas thinking a winner takes all, but not too manyppl wouldgo for that, so i was trying to figure something out, and thought that the winner got to choose one of there opponents cars to have, but if you have any other ideas for prizes, or would like to donate to the cause, post it here, or PM me

you have until the last day of the all out build off to join, and then i will make another topic to post your progress pics in, but that is all the topic will be for, is posting progress.....that way it is easier to find for everybody else...
if you would like to enter, or be a judge, PM ME, and no offense, but i have to think that you would be a good judge for you to be one...

just to add......the judges so far

I will be judging overall car
8-Ball will also be judging overall car
Beto will be judging paint and detail
jevries will be judging the hopper/dancer part of the build

"That's cool. I have a question though...it is kinda hard to decide on which car has the best moves without a video...the ones that don't have a cam have a disadvantage oposed to the ones that do have one.

I can basically judge the way how the motor setup is incorporated in the model and how well it works...need a vid for that to judge though.

this will be a elimination.....we will apir you up to go against some1, and the best of the 2 wil move on the the next winner, and the loser forfeits his car, and so on until we have the grand winner, and he wil get all of the hoppers/dancers, plus me and 8 ball are working out something from Beto!!!!

there are 2 classes.....hopper and dancer....rules of elimination still apply, if you lose, you forfeit your car, if ya win, you move on to the next winner, at the end, we will have the winner of the dancer class, adn the winner of the hopper class, we will try to get prizes for you, and then we will judge the two class winners cars against each other, adn the winner gets the grand prize, including the semi prize for winning your class, the prize for winning the final showdown, and ALL of the other ppl who enter cars.....

i'd like for iot to be new kit....u can use old motors and stuff, but it has to be a new kit....also need to post progress pics

i was actually thinky that if you enter, you also throw a kit down, and if you lose, the winner gets your new kit

so far the judges are me and jeremy(8-ball), waiting on replys from others....

we have decided it will be a eliminaton build off.......the judges will talk and see who to pair up with who, and then the winner of the two moves to the next level to be judged against the nex winner, adn so on until we have one winner, and then we are trying to get some resin cars for the grand prize, and if you all are down for it, if you lose a round, the winner gets your hopper....
