IM AT my cousins place and my brakes went out on my 95 s10 pickup but they have first went out a few weeks ago but i could still drive it it just took along time to stop but today they wouldnt work at all so i used the emergency breaks to get here would that work if i drive home its about 45 miles away most freeway?thanks for help

don't take a chance with the brakes. It's almost imposible stop in a hurry using the E brake. Get towed and fix it like you should have in the first place.

theres no quick fix for that unless you blew one of the front lines. Those are easy to change and put in some new fluid and bleed the brake.

Might as well get a free brake inspection at Pep Boys or Goodyear. Did you check the fluid? Might be leaking. Also, always set the ebrake when you park.
