Oh about Showtime.. they send their pumps in pieces. It so you can see every part that goes in your kit.. Showtime is also the Only Adex master distributor.. they have them in large numbers in stock..

Well Prohopper had some major issues with their cylinders last year do to pin holes at the top and nonthreaded bottoms. I am sure they caught major slack for that however they should have had better customer service about it then deny it. We had to send back 3 sets for one guy and they denied the problems at first but eventually gave in. They have always bent over backwards for me when it comes to mis-orders etc so I will continue to use them.

Yeah I got wind of that one.. I also heard their machinist screwed up a few blocks and drilled them to deep. That was beyond their control though and they did fix it..
They also had a problem with their chargers that still to this day say Out of Stock on their website... They won't be carrying those anymore..
Running a business is a stressful thing and I see why they get snappy but they should know word gets out when you punk out your own customers..
Like I said I don't think they have bad stuff but after listening to my friend get the 3rd degree from them we're going to other sources.

I was laughing my ass of listening to the conversation because my friend was talking to them about the missing cylinders and the slip that said they we're out of stock. My friend runs a large transportation company and he told them that and said " this would be like me sending a parent a letter saying I can't bring your child home from school today." LoL That's when they got nasty..

of the 7 or 8 cruises, there were probably 3 pretty good nights, two that sucked bad, and two real good nights.....
