me personally have never had a problem at all with them. Im sure ill be the only one on here to say that. Ive heard alot of bad shit about them but like i said i havent had a problem at all with my hydraulics in 2 years now. i went to motion because at the time my homie cdznutz was busy with his own shit so i didnt want to bother him with mine. But id talk to cdz first if you need anything, he does good work!

I can honestly say,
without exception, that everybody I know that went to Motion has had problems(except merc apparently). Heard stories of wheels falling off cause he didnt tighten the lugnuts, Had a friend
watch him put a bent in his quarter then proceed to deny it, talked to a kid who had them do air bags in his pontiac(nice car by the way) & he didnt trim the frame so it wore through
both front bags, a kid ent to him for hydros in his s-10. it would lock up & not go down until he hit a bump cause the rear cylinders were in crooked. way back, we went to get the f ront cylinders installed in m y friend's caddy (EVERYTHING else was done, pumps, hoses, wiring, etc.) & they didnt hook up the hoses! they expected us to drive it home from Brockton (over an hour) slammed. And slammed it was! all he woulda had to do was screw on the fittings!
To top it all off... they're
really expensive!!!!

I'm not going to say anything bad about Steve or Jermaine.. Steve has taken the time over the years to teach me tricks with the hydraulics and has given me some really good deals in the past on parts and recently...
Over the years I have learned to install hydraulics myself but members of our club and myself still go there for parts and I will support a local business.

Honestly I havn't heard anything recently. I'm not going to say anything bad about them on here or anywhere else for that matter. Check the BBB website they DO have a pretty good record considering the type of business it is. I could name some places I WOULD NEVER GO TO, but Motion still gets my parts business and every experience there recently has went smoothly..

Well, in the short term my buddy is looking for a G-body for his son, who just cracked up his Monte Carlo. He's looking at an '87 Regal and an '86 Cutty today, but I think they're both pretty beat.
Personally I would like something cleaner to replace my Caprice eventually (the sooner the better), but I'm trying to work over my buddy's dad for his clean Grand Prix with recent paint and motor that just sits in his driveway.

I'm not holding my breath though! I've been keeping my eyes open locally, but most of the G-bodies around are pretty beat up.

If you want one above the salt belt that is in good shape you'll have to pay $$$$ I'd take a trip down south... much less rust to deal with... G-Bodies almost always have rotted inner door skins..

No doubt. It's a damn shame. There are still some good, solid rides out there, but they're few and far between. I know a dude who picked up a solid '86 Regal with Flowmaster exhaust for $60!!!

He slapped some 13s on there, 4 pumps and 14 batteries and hops the shit out of it!

That Regal I posted was hopping like 4ft in the air... I don't think he had good frame reinforcement though because he stopped hopping it when you could hear the engine fan rubbing on somthing after he hopped it.. Probally started bending the front frame forks inward..
