What kinda work r u talking about? hahaha.. or do I wanna know..
Its not something you ohave to have done.. You can do it yourself
Wait.... Where is this conversation going? hahaha
I would love to know how to replace the HD center bearing myself. However, I believe it has to be pressed in.
1. Unbolt the u joint from the rear end.
2. There's 2 bolts holding the center bearing in the middle of the "X". Unbolt them.
3. Slide the driveshaft out of the transmission.
4. Pull the driveshaft/center bearing out of the frame.
5. Seperate the 2 pieces of the driveshaft by unbolting the other U-joint.
6. There is a bolt in the end of the shaft (huh huh... I said "shaft") that holds the end on, unbolt it & remove the end.
7. Remove center bearing & replace it.
Not bad to do really.
