Yeah.. you take out all the clips & then knock out the ujiont with a socket & small sledge. Then unbolt #1 bolt & the end comes off.. U might hafta coax it a bit

the heavy duty one shouldnt be going... might be something else wrong. Lets hope not though. might have been in crooked or something

its gone because the shaft is too long, and when I raise the car, the rear end moves closer to the front placing too much pressure on the bearing.... and pop!
I want to fix it myself so I can drive it, and then I can have the shaft shortened.....(again) when time permits. I'll just drive it lower.
If I bring it back to the fucknuts that I have been dealing with. They will take 3 to 4 weeks....

good f-ing question! the short answer is because they can.
generally they are the best around and have ass loads of work so their huge f-ing ego is what slows them down.
the reason I have been going back to them is because he fixed it for free a couple times because we didnt know why it kept happening.
I have since spoke with RICH from Majestics who does this shit and he gave me alot of great info, like the lengths. so I brought the shaft back to the local fockers and said make it this length... which they did not do correctly. So I will be bringing it back to them to say "What's Up?" but I dont want to wait again....
so if I can do the bearing myself for a quick fix that would be cool.

oh and if I can taks that two piece apart like you are saying.... that will allow me to order just the back half with a longer slip and shortened.... and that will save me a shit load of money.

we were there around 4:30. i figured there would be alot of cars there still,i didnt know the park shutdown that early.

His belt chewed a hole thru the heater hose... we managed to backyard boogie it so he could drive it around... That was some funny shit. However My car is down now and The Red Truck blew a valve but was fixed in 10 minutes... a rough weekend esp for me. Rich blew a cylinder seal on the way home also so had to replace that. Only delayed us by 30 minutes etc. esp after I remembered I had etc seals around.

When you drove into the park there was a grass lot... You would go past that and down a hill... People parked there at the bottom and further in the paved parking lots by the ball field. If you guys didnt pay i say you didnt make it in far enuf and since it was late there was probably not too many people up front either.

Itsd all the name of the game... Mine is electrical and needs to be figured out. Not something simple. The only thing that sux is not be abel to cruise but hopefully be back up and switch hittin soon. All fo the sport and having fun. Just makes it more interesting It broke on the way down. im not down for just the money homie, one thing i was busy helping my grand parents move up here, and sometime you need a little incentive to bring your car out because what are you gonna do when you break something. i also didnt have that much gas money so a little hop $ would have paid to get down there. how come no one else hopped that was there? im down fo just a hop off for no money if you want just for the hell of it
