I've been trying to sell this 1977 Chevy Impala. In a lot of debt. I posted it for $2,500. I've had people inquire about it and they were interested but once I tell them about the smog issue, they stop replying. Mechanic told me it won't pass smog bc emissions are too high, he said it's about a $200 or up fix. If anyone can tell me if I should lower the price by how much or if I should just fix it myself to sell? Which one would be in my advantage? Details are below. Thank you.
