I wanted to paint my lowrider in kandy red but I heard it faded quick.. is that true? Or just a myth.. if true, what colors last the longest?

99% of a quality paint job has to do with bodywork and prep work

so let's say all the preparation is all perfect, all the kandy colors will last the same? I thought some may fade quicker than others

Make sure to use the urethane kandy quarts for the outside and not the Koncentrates..
Koncentrates are more for jambs and patterns.. Also, use a high solids clear for better UV protection..

concentrates do not have the UV inhibitors that the urethanes do thats why those fade.
