Default Are chop tops not respect in the low rider community?

    Just a question
I wanted to know if its true that people clown chop top impalas because I actually like em. I live in Southern California and I feel like the only time you need to ride is when the sun is out and the weather is perfect so theres not need to have a top. I wanted to get peoples opinions because Im not trying to look like a clown.

They don’t look right and besides an Impala hardtop is worth less without a top.

Everyone has an opinion. A car is only worth what someone is willing to pay

If you are more interested in what you are going to get in a sale, than what you will get out of rolling what you want, then your missing the meaning of lowriding. Do you brother.

Thanks for the replies fellas, Im asking the question because im new to the culture and dont want to disrespect it. Plus I didnt know if I buy one with a chop top I can get it for cheaper, Thanks Ragtop Ted. Its hard to find a convertible these days but I do also agree sometimes they do horrible jobs cutting the top off because from what I hear you have to go down in an angle which isnt easy. I guess the search continues.

Yeah that angle is tricky. Definitely won't get respect if the angle is off
