Default ISO 14x6 or 14x7 wire wheel

I need one 14x6 reverse or 14x7 reverse wheel that I will be destroying to fit into my fifth wheel on my 76 Fleetwood. Don't care about it being a real Dayton and all that. I'll need an adapter and a knockoff. Does not have to be new as long as it's presentable. Oh and I'm in Ohio and will need shipping. So throw it under the Greyhound bus I don't care as long as it gets to me. I'll be needing a knockoff like the ones in the attached picture. Thanks
