Default in process of building a bike, a few questions

    first off hello everyone!
so after many years of longing after one, im finally dropping the hammer and buiding a lowrider bike!
so a few questions for you guys......
ive seen people run 16" tires up front, do you need 16" forks to do this?
can they be run on a 20" frame?
also can you run 16" rims all around?
also see a bunch of really low fronts.....
is this just the lowering crown?
or are people bending the forks further?
thank you for reading this, i hope i make sense.

You don't need 16" forks to run 16" rims
the 20" forks will work with 16" rim
not sure about the rear 16" rim i would think it would be ok
to lower the front u have a few options. no spring or longer crown or bend the forks or even custom forks and crown
hope this helps. good luck on ur bike
