extened the upper trailing arms thats what i did when i put 18's in the back rode fine with 16s no noise but when i put the 18's i need to extened the arms

Won't beable to drive it all the way down. The only way to make it work is to lower the top trailing arm mount.

and cut out the frame just under the trailing arm mounts to allow the arms to lower or rais eas it is and not fold against it.

man, i dont got a caddy,but on some cars, you gots to cut for trailing arm clearence, and also, when it is locked up and it vibrates? its the angle the pumpkin and the shaft come together, mine had like little excess metal coming off and i ground it off so the driveshaft/pumpkin could have a little more of an angle before it rubbed.
