13s. They ride fine. I have 13" D's on my 62. It rides good and it's bot too hard on the engine. Gas mileage sucks, but we're not driving them for the mpg. If you buy 14s you wish you had 13s because they look so much cooler

Not sure about with 5.20s. They are bias ply so they will probally ride a little worst than with radials. I had bias plys on my 53 bel air and I pulled them off after a week. They look cool, but the ride was horrible. But some of these guys than have ran 5.20s might can tell you other wise.

I hear they wear faster too. I have 5.20s for my fleetwood but I don't plan to drive it everyday.

 

13's all day every day

 

im on the same boat got a 63ss finally always rode 13's but got a homie with a 63 on some 14's with the o.g. 520's and it looks sick but i ended up grabbing some 72 spoke daytons looks good on bothut my advice would be to get 13 in 72 spoke d's no 100 spoke 63's deserve the best

 

I cant tell you about the ride, but I like the look of both (14s depend on tire size).

 

as long as you got the good tire size its all good, i got 14's on mine and it rides smooth and looks pretty good.

 

You can't go wrong with either. I prefer 14s.

Thats if you have the og powerglide still in it........most folks just run a 700R Transmission and there good........either way 13's or 14's........but I will tell you this.....14's make a big difference, in handling ,on a big body....especially on the freeway...

 

13s look hella better 14s look to big to me lol

 

as long as you got 520,s they both look good tires are the week link on the 14,s
