Will they work in the back? or will i have to grind down the inner wheel well?

are you lowring it or putting hydralics on it? then yeah i would grind a lil so the tires wont rub when you drop the rear

13's will fit you can even lower the factory ride height by removing the air from the shocks and it will not rub unless you put 3 ppl in hte car that weight over 200lbs
