I'm looking at buying a 1993 cadillac fleetwood.it has 14x6 o.g. wire wheels with 5.20 coker tires.looking at the tire under the lip of the rim there is a bulge on all for tires.it's not like the tires low on air .it's almost like the sidewall is rolling over. Has anyone seen this before ? It's it normal? Or do you think the car exceeds the load limit of the tire? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I jus did a 93 fleet wood with 14x6 all around with coker 5.20's...the car is to heavy for those tires check the gvw on the tire... I think its got 45 to 50psi?? drives the car just on the weekends and hops it...with no problems...on the highway 65 70 mph....we got the 5.20's cause of the qtrs. panels so he can tuck the wheels...but they still rub the qtrs. the rearend still needs to be shortened.
