I have a 1994 cadillac fleetwood
I want to put 17" or 18" wires on it.

Will those fit?, any modifications will need to be done?
Also what size tire will i need?
I don't like the look of the reverse rims, would the Standard's fit on my RWD fleetwood?

yes standards would fit fine...i would persoanlly do 20s...for me if ure not riding on small rims, then i think u should ride on big rims like 20s or 22s for trucks and vice versa...but whatever u decide to do it will fit fine, peace
