Ive had this car since the 80s. Ive spent good $$$ to rebuild and retain the factory 409/425HP QB motor and Borg Warner T10 4 spd. This is a rare NON SS bench seat blk ext red int combo. But I went w/ this green I had no intentions of ever letting her go. But now its gonna be for sale when completed or buy as is in its present condition... Its a plain Jane Grandma grocery getter model. Which means a 4 spd stick w/ bench seat. All body work has been done and has been painted a few years ago. Paint is flawless and show condition. Body was removed from frame and disassembled before prep and paint. Frame and suspension wes redone when I first purchased in the 80s but is still like new and fully powder coated to stock. Was redoing factory so all 4 corners still are drum brakes. Non power brakes. Non power steering either. All ext trim is replaced and in new condition. Currently has a rblt 396/muncie out of a 67 Chevelle in it to drive around. I have the # match 409/425 HP motor and trans on bench for full inspection. Car is running and drivable as-is. STILL NEEDS COMPLETE INT to be done and its done. I do have every part tagged and bagged. I have 5 stock 409 rims also, factory 7K tach and all hard to find 409 parts which are factory and not re-pop 409 junk
Im looking to get $50K turn key or
$40K as-is w/ all parts u finish int and misc stuff. I do have receipts in my name from the 80s when I first started restoring this "Fine 409"
