Under neath the hood I have 2 cords, one is a 3 prong and one is a 2 prong and alot less heavy duty. Im just wondering which is the actuall block heater and what the other one does? I tried them both but am still having trouble starting up in the cold.

I have the 4.1 v8 under the hood, if that offers any help.
