you have individual control of each wheel up and down. also there is less strain on the pumps and the vehicle will perform better with 4 pumps, but that is twice as much equipment to go bad. it really depends on what you want to do

i will tell you this now... 4 pumps is way more fun......
but there is a payment


you will have more fun.
which equals. more blown seals, and alot of other stuff messing up....... just keep 2 pumps if you do not want to always be working on your car to take it out

Aw with 4 pumps u can lift each corner indiviualy and with 2 ya can ya gotta either lift front or back.....


With 4 ya can do alot of messing around, ya can do around the world and the good stuff, ya can stand a 3 and all that....


Yea for starters i'd go with a 2 pump 4 dump kit

No it can't. ie: with a two pump setup you can only lift the front as a whole. you can't lift individual corners (you can dump individual corners)

With four pumps you can lift and dump any corner you like by itself.

If it's your first set up I would recommend two pumps and four dumps.

Then as you get experienced with the maintenance, simply add more pumps. It's not hard to add pumps. A little re-wiring and another pump mount and you're done.
