I went on a little "vacation", but first thing on the agenda when I got back was upholstery. Gotcha Covered Upholstery in Albuquerque did the inserts, I installed them on the seats.

Got my rack installed. 12v setup with 2 Optimas. It's slow, but it gets me over the speed bumps.

This is the ProComp aluminum intake manifold I installed this weekend. It's for a GT Mustang so it had a couple of fitment issues with the upper plenum (they face the passenger side in the Mustangs).

These manifolds have shorter runners than the stocks, so horsepower goes up, but torque drops. I drive on the freeway a lot, so horsepower is more important.

They sent me this stainless alternator bracket, but it was too short. I could have probably just redrilled the holes and used washers to cover up the old holes, but I just cut the stock one.

Cut this off a Cartier. Just trying to figure out which mufflers I wanna go with. Leaning toward Magnaflow.

Thanks. Yeah that was right after they had the dogs searching the car at the checkpoint.
Got my Chevy truck ball joints. They look good, but they don't match. I'm not putting mismatched ball joint on the Lincoln. Gotta wait to see what the seller wants to do to fix it.
Got my primer. I'm repainting it black to fix the dents and scratches, but there's a lot of crows feet, so it's goin down to the metal.

I highly recommend getting one of these, if you don't have one. I got it for $1.50 on Ebay to try and find out why my check engine light was on. It connects to the Torque app on my phone. It told me there was a misfire in cylinder 8, so I pulled that plug and found it covered in oil. The hole the plug goes into had oil in it too, and the spark plug wasn't very tight, so hopefully it just leaked in from the top. If I gotta rebuild it, this engine is getting a lot more than 300hp. I cleaned the plug and cleared the check engine code with the ELM 327, and the car ran a lot better.

Cut me some extenders. A little trip to the drill press, bench grinder, and either the powder coat oven, or the chromer, and they should look good.
Used 1/2" steel. My $250 Ebay plasma cutter cut it like nothin.

Didn't really want to primer the whole bumper, but oh well atleast I know it'll be straight.

Here's where I am with the extenders. The ball joint openings need work but you wont see them anyways. Still gotta drill them out for the bolts.

Got the bumper done. The rock chips had been bugging me for a long time. I had painted it with HOK base, and a high solids Dupont Chromaclear last time. I guess you're not supposed to do that. This time I used a house brand black that I was really impressed with, and the Finish One FC720 clear. I really like how that FC720 holds up, and it's about half the price of the Chromaclear.

uffin:Got my dual exhaust in. I just clamped a pipe in there until I get my Magnaflows.
It was bent when I got it. I got it pretty straight with my press, but I still had to cut a relief in it to bend it back.
