24" Dayton face wheels

I have a set of 24" Dayton face wheels that has 6 holes in the back side of the wheel but not all the way through the wheel and no threads inside of the holes and it has a hole in the center of the wheel as all the Dayton wire wheels have so I am assuming that it has to be knockoff wheels. I called Dayton wire wheels and they don't carry the face wheels anymore. The man I talked to couldn't give me any info on them.
