ok how long b4 i need new springs

i got 4 1/2 tons up front with 1/2 turn off the stack

but the truck only has a 4 banger in it

o b.t.w its a 89 mazda pickup

hops good they ben in there for a few years thats what im sayin do u think that little a weight would wear em out

plus i ben using deep cups with the round bottom
y do people switch to skinny cups wont they pop out easy

if it aint broke dont fix it....im sure they will last with such a low weight vehicle and stiff coils

For that truck I think those springs should last a really long time. How high is the the truck hitting? That must be a stiff ass ride also.

ya i would have gone with some 3 1/2 ton coils but hey if they work. they work. sometimes shit happends lol. if ur not hopping the truck against others then the coils should be just fine for a long long time. only time to change coils is if ur hopping the truck competively and the car bottoms out in a few licks. usually u can get a few shows in on a new set of coils after that they become back coils or coils for someone elses car who aint hoppin

i would try some 3.5's i bet it will hop better

you could always add a mini coil inside there to help with the bottom out if u dont get a new set
