I HAVE A 1968 CADILLAC COUPE DEVILLE I WANT TO EVENTUALLY THROW ON 14'S I LOVE THE WAY THAT 5.20'S LOOK IM JUST WONDERING IF THE 5.20'S WILL BE ABLE TO HANDLE THE WEIGHT OR IF I WILL HAVE ANY PROBLEMS.
EVRYONES HELP IS TRULY APPREACIATED.
Iv used 14 og and the new cockers 5.20s for years. On my 76 caprice and 5.20s, its a heavy car, never had a problem you just got to get used to that " spongey soft feeling" at first. Going to post pics soon as get my car back together.
3 years , and still good,,,,,,,,,,,the EARLIER COKERS seem to work out fine, all the tires that are being bought lately, guys seem to have trouble with.
i have a new set of 5.20 x13 COKERS I bought 4 years ago, i was thinking of selling them, but now i`m not so sure i want to get rid of them now

never had a problem...but these were premium sportways....
that cadi is a tank though bro....I'd be weary even with radials on that
Originally posted by TopDogg@Mar 16 2010, 08:02 PM~16912399 Yup, I was rolling on 72 spoke Dayton with 155's. The car did run smoother with the radials, but nothing beats the look of that 5.20 13" tire.

Those 13" Chrome and red spoke wheels were from MUNOZ Customs,

My son and I went to a car show a few months back. We had a 30 mile drive at 70 MPH. I was a little concerned but we didn't have any problems. The ragtop ran smooth and "We was hittin' switches too"

j/k homie, I'm on my 3rd set since August of 2009......daily driver :0
i did list them 4 sale a couple weeks ago, for 400.00 since i spent 465.00 on them, but i saw them at LONG BEACH meet for 92.00 each,,,,,,
So I figured that i had to either lower the price*** (lose more money)**** or just keep them, since they were from the original batch, these were made better than the lastest ones that split on the side wall.
unless i can get close to the 4bills,,,,,i`ll hang on to them.
