are they trying to say someone ABANDONED a 58 tri-power convertible?????????????????? "abandoned title"?????????????? i'm very confused

A 60's caddy on 20's layed on the ground still looks sick IMO ;)
It will cost to put it back together, but I say if it can be picked up for 13 or 15, it might be cool

EXACTLY!

Even 22's look too big on a impala SS 94-96 IMO... (at stock height) If I ever put 22's on mine, you bet it's gonna be bagged... ;)

Abandoned title you can get from buying tow auction car or haveing the car sit for more than 3 years on your property you can claim the car as your here in washington you have to have the police come sign off on the car as abandon then if a reg'd owner is foudn you have to send them a cerified letter stateing they have a certain amount of time to claim the car if they dont you can apply for title
shit, no title is no problem as long as its not stolen. Thats what www.broadwaytitle.com is for.
