can tyou say to them that it is a common thing that you have to inspect model kits before you buy them?

i hate going in hobby shops because aint a damn mother fucker in there that knows shit about anything but R/C's
i end up helping customers out in there with model help most of the time im in any of them. :ugh:
maybe thats why i always get 20% employee discount...... because i practically work there. lol
when that GMC 4x4 came out a few months back, i made the guy open it so i could look at it first since he could be of no help with my questions.

The kit you are most likely asking about i'd say would probably be an AMT. pretty decent kit i suppose. the frame is made to the pan of course though. it's also a 3 in 1 kit which gives you 3 differant versions to build it. i'm sure you will be going traditional with it but i thought i'd mention it anyways ;)

AMT made the only good detailed model out.  It's probably one of their oldest too, but it's a real nice kit, with detail on par with new kits
