Is it possible to hook up 6 coaxial speakers to a Kicker ZR1000 and still remain withing a decent impendence? I know it is a sub amp, but I want to use it to power 6 full range speakers.

Well in thereoy yes and you could run a 8 or 2 ohm load, and probably 8 would be the choice.

But you have to understand that amp IS NOT made for highs, its high range THD is tremendous, I wouldnt even consider using it for highs. You will be disappointed.

I was using a Kicker ZR240 to power 4 highs and it worked fine, The zR240 should have the sam frequency range as the zr1000 right?

zr1000 is not designed for mid/high use.

Amps that are designed for low subwoofers, are specifically made for them.

But it would work, and its your call.
