which means what ol great one? I'm not being sarcastic I really would want to know..
i guess if u consider the back bumper in "Excelllent shape" calling the rest of the car "decent" is understandable.

well it means for some odd reason they dont match i dont iknow why but they cowl and vin are supposed to match on motor sizes
when i first got the car it was mostly complete minues doghouse and engine. i used parts off it to build another 61 then i decided to build this one and got tired of it. the car was sitting in this guys backyard for over 25 years. could it have been an error from factory? i know it is very unlikely but you never know???
odd...from the photos they appear original. maybeit was an error form factory....i've heard stranger shit. GM and Ford allowed their customers so much lead way back then....i love that 62 4dr on barret jackson with the 409 i believe. only had 90,000 original miles or something. all documented...every last miles was logged into a notebook. :0
ttt
means that its not an og ss like its posted
what that patch for on the floor maybe a deleted floor shift????i dont think they came out with floor shifters in 61 mr impala might know the info
im not sure if it was a floor shift or not, but i know you could have them that way, mainly with the 409s and 348s...
