ball joint breaker tend to mess shit up, they only work good on fairly new unworn parts I find. I would jam a prybar in between the knuckle and control arm and pull up hard on it and hit the knuckle with a large dead blow hammer.

If that doesn't work, soak the ball joint in penetrant oil go and buy a nut that is the same size an the castlated nut spin it on until its flush with the end of the ball joint and smack the hell out of while prying. Don't use the castle nut though you'll fuck up the ball joint and the nut.

If they are stock Bj's, you will need to grind the factory studs off or your will NEVER get them out. There's on on each side.....grind/unbolt those, take the nut off the top of the threaded zerk shaft that goes up through the a-arm and they'll literally fall out!

I just did both of mine last month.........
