i drive my impala to shows all over and it does great, the only drawback is that the rpms get pretty high around 60-65 due to the 2speed powerglide trannsmission, the 13s and the rear end gears(3:73 i belive), so this winter im going to convert it over to a 700r4 setup, what car should i be looking for? i know some need the driveshaft shortend and some dont, what vehicle would be a good choice? i already have the linkage issue taken care of

just make sure its out a 89 or newer vehicle, and not too new where you get into teh 4l60e,or youll need the computer to go with it.youll also need the 2 carb brackets to hook up the t.v. cable, and make sure you have it set right before you try to drive it
ive also got one ill sell to anyone inthe nc/sc area ;)
