might be headlight switch or ground just splice into the headlight bulb connection plug. brown or black wire is always ground

head to the store and buy a light tester


check all your fuses hit your high beams and see if they have power you can bridge the 12 volts by rewiring the inner lights plug to fit the outer headlights

easy shit

most likely the dimmer switch, its on the steering column on some its a cheap little part that switches from high beams to low beams when you pull the lever on the column. Or if you have the button on the foor board then find the switch there and see if power is coming out of it.

REPLACED THE WHOLE STEERING COLUMN CAUSE I COULDN'T USE MY KEY EITHER WAY (CAR WAS STOLEN FROM PREVIOUS OWNER) AND THE LIGHTS FINALLY WORKED SO IM GUESSIN IT WAS 1 OF THE MANY SWITCHES ON THE STEERING COLUMN:thumbsup: THANKS!
