im swapping my 305 for a 350
I know that the intake, heads, oil pan will fit the 350
what about the distrubtor, exaust manifolds and timing chain and gear, and all the pulleys??

so your gonna run 305 heads on a 350 block????? i would have elected to run a 305 block with 350 heads and 350 cam, it would be some what of a zapper that way capable of high rpms....................................
exhaust manifolds will work, and so will the distributor and the pulleys, but i would replace the timing chain with a NEW one. :cool:

305 heads? high compression. everything will work, I put 305 heads on a 283 before, it worked alright. make sure that distributer is a vacuum advance one tho

if u use 305 heads on a 350 make sure u use 350 head gaskets not 305 or they will leak.
Make sure all the little ports match up between the block & heads and none of the holes are being blocked-off by the gasket.
