91 caprice interior

Im gonna start doin the interior in black with orange piping. I havent taken the seat out yet but once the seat is out is it easy to take off all the seat cover? i never done an interior before at all so i read just take it all apart make the and make hte patterns. After that do i use the piping to connect all hte pieces then stitch it down onto my seat? im pretty lost and just want an idea any helps appreciated thanks
