I need to a pair of wheels with colored burgundy spokes but I want that shiny color not the dull stuff. The kind I see like this

anodizing is a process that can only be done on aluminum...

what you see is powdercoating, in a translucent color, which, for some strange reason, they call anodized red, or anodized blue, or whatever color it is...

but, in my experience, things that are anodized look nothing like what this powdercoating looks like..
