so im hunting for batteries.. i went n looked today just not sure im lookin at the right kind...
i saw Group 27's 700 CCA's 160 reserve for $103 canadian
or group 31 with 750 cca 's 205 reserve for bout $125 canadian
these are marine deep cycles not starter batts

what numbers am i lookin for? a highwer crankin amp ? or would this be sufficient? im not hoping its going in my body dropped ranger just to get it up to drive 2 pump 4 dump setup with 4 batts i think

i havent started to build my battery rack or pump rack yet, i pretty much got the cylinder mounts all in there now im moving on the the batteries and pumps.

so 700 or so CCA is good enough??

YEAH the group 31s, 700 + CCA is good enough, just keep them batts charged up ;)

sawzall is my best friend!! thing is for every x-member we cut out we add 2 lol my truck never had a crossmember there before :)

oh and 700cca is kinda low i got mine from westdidehydros and they are interstate workaholics 1000cca i heard the higher the better but some argue it doesnt matter much

I'm running Group-24 Interstates and they have 1000MCA. And 800 CCA. So you might want to check out different brands, models. And for LYINLOW, living in Canada, you may want to also take a peek at starting batteries. Probably a lot better for your situation.

Oops, I'm sorry. I keep thinking that everyone drive their cars year 'round like I do. So it doesn't matter then.
