did you cut the hinge off the car?i hope not. you need a factory lower door hinge to line everything up correctly before you weld the kit back on. bolt it up , set your gaps, which is going to be a bitch with no upper hinge , but is doable. you need some 1/8'' plate to go up and down the mounting area of the hinge. plug weld it to the door area and grind your welds before putting hinge on it. this will prevent flex in the mounting area, keepng your doors lined up.

Stock hinges are welded to the door.
Now that I can see your pictures (looks cool by the way): You will have to cut/grind away the top hinge on door bracket to make way for the lambo hinge on your new door. The lower hinge can be bolted back to the body to make alignment a lot easier. Can't stress enough having an extra pair of hands pushing upper front corner of the door into the seals while you tack hinge goose neck to the door.
