was curious as to your gun of choice? gas mixture etc

I've used them all but have to say Miller guns are by far the best, M-series last a long time from the factory if your able to upgrade to the RoughNeck C-series its worth the extra money but my new Miller Deltaweld 452 has a Bernard Q-Gun which I'm beginning to be a big fan of. Has Center Fire Tips for easy change out and and the neck is movable for great out of position welding.

75%Argon/25 Co2 is best for thinner material up to 1/4 - 3/8, but I prefer 100% Argon if running 3/8"+ Material for more penetration and solid weld

what do you all think about wrapping a convertible frame for a 64 with just 3/8 on the outsides and insides nothing on top or bottom....I ask cuz im only used to wrapping "complete box" 1/4 metal....but if 3/8 on insides and outsides would suffice for power three wheeling and hopping then I could save myself some time....let me know what you all think....need some advice thanks

I thought the 215 had duty cycle??? Like 30%... Last year when I got a new machine ,thats what the welding supplier told me, so I got a 251, which is a alrite machine and the Lincoln 215 which has the Diamond tech, for the spool gun usability
Jorge and I prefer my older Miller matic 200's. I've had both these machine's for 18 plus years with no problems...The new machines have soft start and shit like that ,that are good for the beginners. We use 84% Co. -16% Ar. with all our migs but I think this steel mix is regional ???? Cuz in cali all I could get was 75/25
