I have a to pump set up I charged my 5 batteries to 12.45 and put them back in a couple days n now they read 12.23 I hit the switch n they go up slow could batteries b bad everything is hooked up rite n checked my grounds any help will b aappreciated

12.45 volts is not a good charge. Have each fully charged battery load tested. Using them with that low voltage will cause solenoids to stick. Sounds like its time for new batteries.

Much appreciated I thought 12.45 was good wat is it suppost to read at a full charge

I've got 8 brand new ones that sit between 12.75-12.8. At 12.5 I charge again.

With a charger hooked up, I charge until each reads around 13.9. Then take charger off and voltage should settle down to 12.75+ after an hour of sitting.

I charged alpine for 8 hrs n none of them read that high maybe I do need new ones thanks for the info

Take them to auto Zone they can load test them
