I just replaced the starter about a month ago. when i try to start it after its been sitting outside all night it tries to turn over doesnt do it then next try if i give it a little gas itll start. Is it possible that its my battery on its way out??

does the motor spin as fast as normal when you turn the key or is it sluggish if it's sluggish then its the battery if it spins normally then i wold say its a sensor issue

x2

Cold weather is really hard on a battery.

What might work fine in the summer time is almost guaranteed to leave you stranded on a cold day.

Depending on how cold it gets around your way, you might consider a battery blanket.
