was wondering what would be a good sub for a wrangler very limited space about 10in from back seat to tailgate but can build up towards top what would be good a 10 or 12 sealed or ported?

pioneer makes a compact sub and paired with a sealed box you could save a lot of space and have great bass responce

from what i heard they are ok compared to normal, but what are you trying to do add bass to a system or beat down the block?

yeah kicker came out with a shallow mount woofer, check there site out. looks kinds like there cvr series

WTF?? I searched on the net a long time and only found these... Well yea thets great, good luck spending 500, u know what id do? Just build a 3 cube box, hide the amp and wires under a seat or something run one speaker wier throught the panels and pull it out the trunk.. the box u build should have hinges and just disconnect the sub box when u have to and take it out or leave it in... :biggrin:
