BIG BLOCKS IN 60's Impala's

I don't know. I kinda don't like a block in early sixties Impalas, that wasn't offered that year (unless it's a newer fuel injected block).

I say, look for a 409 :biggrin:

I already have the 454 fully chromed :biggrin: but still thinking.

i like big blocks im gonna put a 427 in my 62

in a lowrider, its just a waste of time, but if you allready got the engine all done up I'd say go for it. Its different.

it had every available option for that year, i was the second owner i was 20
at the time, but the air cleaner sticker that said 427 w/425h.p. !!
