Yeah most likely is the actuator. Its made of plastic gears inside and they break. Dorman sells a direct replacement. Its about 60 to 100 bucks depending where you get it. Its behind the glove box its a 15 minute repair.
big body ac works but no heater
i have a 94 big body ac blows cold air but when i switch to heat no heat y, could it b the blend door actuator , need help
