I was wondering if anyone knows where i can see some samples of black paint with a red pearl..Has anyone painted there car that color?If so post pics.

YOU MIGHT AS WELL PAINT IT CANDY BRANDY WINE WITH A BLACK BASE......WOULD LOOK BETTER..THAT ADD SOME FLAKE OR A METALIC BASE........I'M GOING TO PAINT A CAR...BRANDY WINE OVER A BLACK BASE WITH MINI FLAKE ....IT WILL LOOK NICE...LIKE A DARK CHERRY RED...BUT WHEN THE SUN ITS IT ..ITS GOING TO BE A DEEP RED SHINE TO IT

I want the car to look black but when the sun hit it have that nice red pearl in it..I was going to do black cherry but that looks more like a dark dark purple to me..When do u plan on painten your ride.I would like to see pics of how it comes out.

what if ya were to paint a black base , lay down a coat of red pearl in clear then ya candy red/red brandy wine , could that work ??

i wouldnt kandy... not if you want it real real dark, just wastin money... id shoot a black base and put a little dark red pearl in the clear (just a little) and the just clear it again... i painted a bike like that and it looks nice.

black base and house of kolor mini fireball red flake over top mixed in the clear would look good...........

almost all of the Blacks honda has have some red or blue pearl in them if you care.

i would shoot 2-3 coats of black, then 2 coats of red pearl, then 2-4 coats of clear over it. kandys always look nicer but you have to know how to paint good. what kind of car is it for?
