I need to bond 1/4 MDF to my plastic door panel .. I made an insert that takes up a large amount of inside of the door .. Ive been told panel bond ... some gorilla glue shit .. fiberglass+resin+bondo .. just want to get some other opinions

Does it have to be permanently bonded to the panel? Or can it be held in place by clips or screw? Pics would help

ill try to post some pics if i can but permenatly would be best .. the its the back side of the panel and theres nothing to screw or bolt ... it pretty much has to be bonded

I would use a product called FIBER TECH from Evercoat
here is the info sheet on it
fiber tech info
you can get it from youe local body and paint supply store
or a good Fussor body epoxy would work but you usually need a special mixing gun to get it out of the tubes and mixed right

epoxy, mix it put it on, wont come off. just make sure you never plan on taking it off. lots of extra strength stuff at the hardware store.
