84 Regal.

The trim pops in place and then pops back out. All clips are new.

Any help appreciated.

since clips are new the only thing I can think about is the possible build up of paint or the moldings were slightly bent during removal,it happened to me.

Cool. I'ma keep trying. Its ironic that I've gotten this far, and the tupid stuff is what gets in the way.

Thanks again.

The chrome is jacked. It seems to be bent slightly, and that prevents it from snapping into place.

$250 new.

Torx, When I had my glass installed, they had them. .25 a piece. I've seen them in the HELP! section of Autozone too.
