In time do these leak down or something? If so, do you just bring em to a welding supply and get them refilled?

 

no and if so then yes

 

find out if there is a parker store around your area, they sell accumulators, fittings and shut off valves and its cheaper then pro-hopper. when you get them form pro-hopper, pro-hopper buys them from Parker so if you go straight to a Parker store then it will be cheaper.
