Hard to explain.....but the area between the spokes on the flat part of the rim :dunno:

Still not sue what part I am talkin about??? Well lets say you are looking at the wheels on you car and you look down at the lip/dish/pan... what ever you call the flat part of the rim... well the area between the nipples at the end of the spokes

Not sure if I can get a tooth brush to fit in there... plus it maybe a little to abrasive

Chemical cleaners don't seem to be able to clean the build up in that area

What do you use???
